Role Pupose 

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to further expand our composites business by developing strong, value-driven customer partnerships and delivering innovative solutions to the Telecoms EMEA market.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and based in Barcelona, you will work cross-functionally to turn market insights into commercial success. By collaborating closely with customers, R&D, and internal teams, you will influence specifications, product applications, and accelerate the adoption of advanced solutions in a fast-evolving industry.
 

What you will do 

  • Develop and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships and convert opportunities into profitable sales.
  • Create and manage account plans, pipelines, and forecasts aligned with targets.
  • Collaborate with R&D and internal teams to drive product innovation and commercialization.
  • Lead pricing negotiations and apply value-based selling approaches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years in sales or techno-commercial roles in high-performance materials or similar industries
  • Proven track record in sales delivery and margin management
  • Experience working in global and multicultural environments; ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
